What We Collect
When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, business name, service interest, and message. That's it. This website does not use cookies, does not run analytics scripts, and does not track you across the internet.
How We Use It
We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, provide the services you request, and communicate with you about your account if you become a client. We do not use your information for marketing purposes beyond responding to your initial contact unless you explicitly opt in.
Who We Share It With
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, with two exceptions:
- Email delivery: Contact form submissions are sent via a third-party email relay service (Brevo) to deliver the message to our support team. Brevo processes the email in transit but does not retain or use the content for their own purposes.
- Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, or legal process.
How We Protect It
Contact form submissions are transmitted over encrypted connections (TLS). Our website is served behind a web application firewall. We do not store contact form submissions in a database — they are delivered as email and retained only in our support email system.
Client Data
If you become a client, the handling of your business data (backups, systems, etc.) is governed by your service agreement and, for healthcare entities, a Business Associate Agreement (BAA). Client data protections are described on our Security Practices page.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you. To make a request, contact us using the information below.
